There are toilet blocks throughout the campsites and arena.
In the arena there will be toilet blocks by the Obelisk Stage, Lake Stage, Comedy Stage, Children’s Area and Woods Arena. These toilets will be “polyjohn” type toilets. All of these toilet blocks will be attended by permanent service staff throughout the period that the arena is open and will be cleaned and serviced from top to bottom at least every 1 hour 30 minutes during that time. Some of the toilet blocks will have a queuing system in order to provide segregated male and female toilets. There will also be male and female urinals at most of the arena toilet blocks.
In the campsites, there will be long drop toilet blocks in 6 locations spread throughout the campsite areas. They will all be segregated into male and female facilities and will be staffed with 24 hour security and toilet service attendants. These toilets will be very regularly cleaned and serviced.
In the family campsite, there will be male, female and children’s toilet blocks, staffed with 24 hour security and toilet service attendants. These toilets will be very regularly cleaned and serviced from top to bottom.
There are environmental health monitors onsite going round checking all of the above facilities to make sure that they are up to standard.
If despite all of the above, you are not happy with the standard of a toilet, please let the nearest Zone Manager (burgundy tabard), CAT or security know.
All toilet paper supplied is made from recycled toilet paper. Any additives used in the toilets are biological and are not harmful to the environment.
Hand sanitizer units or handwashing facilities are installed at all toilet blocks.
Disabled toilets are available at throughout the site at key locations.
The shower tent is situated in the Village and is open from 6am – 1pm and from 7pm to 12.30am each day.
The family showers are situated in the family campsite and are open throughout.- Latitude is an open air non seated event - some seating is available in the Obelisk Arena and there are picnic benches in the arena and deckchairs by the lake.

Wristbands
The wristband tents are located just inside each campsite gate so you need to swap your ticket for a wristband before you enter the campsite and pitch your tent. Please note that some queuing at these wristband exchanges at peak arrival times is inevitable. We will be doing our best to wristband everyone as quickly as we can and will have the maximum number of staff available on duty at peak times.
The wristband exchange for day ticket holders is situated by the day ticket entrance.
Re-admittance to the site is only possible once you have got your wristband. Entrance to the arena is only possible with a valid wristband.
Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
To avoid any disappointment we advise all ticket holders to leave plenty of time to get their wristband and allow time to walk to the arena and the stages to avoid missing any of your chosen acts.
We advise all day ticket purchasers to arrive early to avoid missing any of their chosen acts and to leave ample time to get from the day arena entrance to the stages.Refunds/ Comments
There are no refunds other than for cancellation or significant alteration of the festival. Any complaints or compliments should be sent in writing to Melvin Benn, Managing Director, Festival Republic, 35 Bow Street, London WC2E 7AU.
