Turn your heartbreaker into a curtain raiser!
'Dump'. 'Chuck'. 'Drop'. 'I need space'. 'Let's take a break'.
'It's not you, it's me'.
There are a million ways to tell someone it's over. This summer, The Bush Theatre will be presenting 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover - a collection of short plays written especially for Latitude Festival 2008, and we need your stories.
Festival Republic and The Bush have launched an online forum to share anonymously your best break up memories: hilarious, devastating or excruciatingly embarrassing. Your stories will inspire a series of short plays created by five of the most exciting writers in the country. Your stories can be as short or as long as you like, although no novels please!
Email info@latitudefestival.co.uk to send us your Way to Leave Your Lover and to see the best stories entered by other people, go to www.latitudefestival.co.uk/news .
To see if your special moments have inspired The Bush playwrights, you'll have to wait for the curtain to raise in the Theatre Arena...look back and laugh, secretly smile or blush with shame?
